PRIVACY POLICIES 1. SITE INFORMATION 1.1.This Privacy Policy (hereinafter the “Privacy Policy”) applies to the use of the User’s personal data, as described below, of the Website published at the URL: https://www.maprin .com.ar (hereinafter, the “Site”), provided by MAPRIN (hereinafter, “MAPRIN”), whose main function is to offer the User information related to raw material products used in the industries: Automotive, petrochemical, footwear, plastics and thermoplastics, construction, food, graphics, among others (hereinafter, the “Service”). If necessary, MAPRIN may supplement this Privacy Policy with information and/or specific terms and conditions in relation to the Service. 1.2. The mere access to the Site attributes the condition of user of MAPRIN (hereinafter the “User” or the “Users”) and expresses the full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the clauses of the Privacy Policy in the published version. by MAPRIN at the very moment the User accesses the Site or uses its Service. Consequently, the Privacy Policy will constitute a valid and binding agreement between the User and MAPRIN in relation to privacy. Likewise, the use of the Service expresses the User’s full and unreserved acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Service (hereinafter, the “Terms and Conditions”) published by MAPRIN at https://www.maprin/politica-de -privacy, which are complemented by the Privacy Policy. 1.5. The purpose of the Privacy Policy is to inform the owners of the Personal Data, as defined below, regarding whom information is being collected, the specific processing of their data, the purposes of the processing, the data of contact to exercise the rights that assist you, the periods of conservation of the information and the security measures among other things. 1.6. The provisions of the Privacy Policy will apply to all MAPRIN Users, whether they have entered their Personal Data or not. BEFORE BROWSING AND/OR USING THE SITE AND/OR THE SERVICE, PLEASE READ THIS PRIVACY POLICY CAREFULLY. IF THE USER DOES NOT AGREE WITH THIS PRIVACY POLICY, THEY MUST REFRAIN FROM USING THE SITE AND/OR THE SERVICE. 2. RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA. 2.1. MAPRIN will be the company responsible for processing the Personal Data that the User provides on the Site, or that is collected or processed on the Site, by, for or through the Services, or in relation to them. In any case, if the owner of the Personal Data is a visitor to the Site or a User thereof, any collection, use and shared information in relation to their Personal Data will be subject to this Privacy Policy, the complementary Cookies Policy and its updates. 2.2. For MAPRIN, the privacy of the User’s Personal Data is very important. COLLECTION OF INFORMATION FROM USERS. 3.1. MAPRIN processes the User’s Personal Data only with the express consent that the User grants with the acceptance of this Privacy Policy. Likewise, the User accepts that MAPRIN may collect their information using cookies and tags, as well as that information provided by the User through the Site forms when registering and/or using the Service. MAPRIN will use and store the information provided by the Users and that collected by MAPRIN in order to provide the Service and its improvements to the Users, trying to adjust to their needs, for the maximum period established by the applicable legislation. 5.2. MAPRIN will keep and use the Personal Data provided by the User during the period in which the latter uses the Site and/or uses the Service in order to provide the best Service. Once the relationship between the Parties has ended, for whatever reason, MAPRIN reserves the right to keep the information until the end of its processing. After the aforementioned period, MAPRIN will proceed to destroy the Personal Data. 5.3. MAPRIN will not sell, rent or trade any Personal Data to any third party for commercial purposes. Any person who has provided personal contact information through the MAPRIN Site may send an email to info@maprin.com.ar in order to update, delete and/or correct their personal contact information. MAPRIN will respond to said request within 48 (forty-eight) hours after receiving it via email. 5.7. The MAPRIN Site may contain links to other Internet sites that are not owned by MAPRIN. ASSIGNMENT AND TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA. 6.1. Solely to comply with the purposes established in this Privacy Policy and for the purpose of providing the Service, MAPRIN may disclose the User’s Personal Data and/or personal information, when necessary, to the authorities, MAPRIN’s partners and other third parties, as third-party service providers used in connection with the Service, for example to perform marketing, advertising, communication, infrastructure and IT services, to personalize and improve our Service, to process credit card transactions or other payment methods . When MAPRIN contracts a service provider, it will provide the information it needs to perform its specific function, which may include Personal Data and other information that the User provides through the Site. Regarding the processing of personal data of citizens of the European Union (EU) and/or European Economic Area, it is reported that: (i) MAPRIN may transfer the personal data of the Users of the Site and those generated, where appropriate, when using the Site and/or the Service to entities located in the territory of the Argentine Republic, this being a country declared by the European Commission of adequate level of protection in accordance with its Decision 2003/490/CE, of June 30, 2003. (ii) MAPRIN may transfer the aforementioned Personal Data to other entities located in third countries that have been declared by the European Commission to have an adequate level of protection or with which agreements have been signed with the appropriate guarantees imposed by the European authorities (for example, Standard data protection clauses adopted by the Commission, etc.) 7. CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY OF INFORMATION. 7.1. MAPRIN has adopted reasonable security measures to protect Users’ information and prevent unauthorized access to their data or any unauthorized modification, disclosure or destruction thereof. The information collected by MAPRIN will be kept strictly confidential. Access to personal data is restricted to those MAPRIN employees, contractors, operators, and representatives who need to know such data to perform their duties and develop or improve our Service. MAPRIN requires the same standards of confidentiality from its suppliers. MAPRIN does not allow access to this information to third parties unrelated to MAPRIN, except at the express request of the User. 7.2. Notwithstanding the foregoing, considering that the Internet is an open system, with public access, MAPRIN cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties may not eventually overcome security measures and use User information improperly. In any case, MAPRIN maintains security and incident response plans to control incidents related to unauthorized access to the private information it collects or stores. 8. CHANGES IN THE CORPORATE STRUCTURE. 8.1. MAPRIN reserves the right to transfer the information collected in the event of a sale or merger of MAPRIN, or of an acquisition of the main assets of MAPRIN, or any other type of transfer of MAPRIN to another entity. In this event, MAPRIN must adopt reasonable measures to ensure that said information is used in a manner consistent with the Privacy Policy. 9. MINORS 9.1. Although the Site and/or Service are not aimed at minors, in the event that a minor has access to them, their use must be supervised by their parents, guardians or legal guardians. The Site and/or Service are allowed only for those who are of legal age to contract

MAPRIN carries out all the necessary measures so that said irregularities do not occur, and for this reason makes available the Communication Channel detailed below so that the User collaborates with said purpose. For greater detail, we highlight below some examples of irregularities in an expository manner, so that the User is kept informed: Economic-financial fraud. Delivery of confidential company information. Conflict of interests. Carelessness or inappropriate use of the organization’s assets. Inappropriate use of company name, logo and trademarks. Workplace harassment or mistreatment. In the event that the User contemplates an irregularity of those mentioned, he should not hesitate to report it.
